Gathe Mangal Ghantakarna Chaturdasi 2079 is the newar community festival observed in Kathmandu valley and surrounding to chase away evil spirits celebrated on Shrawan Krishna Chaturdashi every year. In 2022, Ghantakarna Chaturdashi is celebrated on July 26.
This is the special festival to kick away the Demons and bad karma by offering money, salt, cloths and handmade demon like dolls.
